Peter then toured North America over ten years with the Broadway Productions of PIPPIN, HELLO DOLLY, SOUTH PACIFIC, GREASE, BUTTERFLIES ARE FREE, SLY FOX, SEASCAPE, SHOWBOAT, TIMBUKUT, & ANNIE.
The ANNIE Company took him off the road to become their National General Manager based in NYC. Following the demise of the ANNIE empire, he became the Line Producer for Nederlander Theatres of America, and the Operations Manager for all Nederlander Theaters on Broadway, and the Shubert in Chicago. While in NYC he was tapped to join the management structure of ATPAM, and was elected its President & Chairman of the Board serving for eight years. Peter's last production for Nederlander was BUGS BUNNY ON BROADWAY at the Gershwin, and finally he General Managed the AIN'T BROADWAY GRAND at the Lunt Fontanne.
After more than ten years of line Producing and front office management wearing him thin, he returned to stage production work as the Stage Manager for the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City for seven years. following 9/11, he left the US to open his own cafe in the deep water harbor town of Samana in the Dominican Republic. That experience is the subject of a "How Not To" book that is in the works.
Arriving in Williamstown he decided to try something new, and earned his MA Realtors License in 2008, his VT Realtors License in 2009, and his MA Brokers License in 2010. Having spent the past 2 1/2 years working exclusively in the Northern Berkshires real estate market, he carfully selected Monarch Realty to be his new homebase, because they "go the extra mile for their clients". Peter likes to fish, and is writing a theatrical musical loosely based upon his Great Grandfather's Civil War experiences. Peter is currently directing a production of THE SUBJECT WAS ROSES for the Minerva Arts Center which is located in a former church in Blackington.

Paul Clark grew up in Schenectady and Albany NY. His long career in retail sales started when he worked for K-Mart while in high school. Even as he lived and worked in New York State ’s Capital District, he became aware of the charms of the city of Pittsfield and the Berkshires. So when the opportunity presented itself 20 years ago, Paul opened the Pittsfield Furniture Company and never looked back.
Paul likes working with commercial and investment properties, especially the ones that can be restored and brought back to good working condition with positive cash flows. He also enjoys working with waterfront properties because of their appreciation factor and all the great activities they offer a family.

A six year member of the Porsche Club of America Paul loves racing around at LimeRock. “The cars are great and racing is really a thrill, but the best part about the activity is the great people you meet. A few years back I met the actor, Paul Newman, who is a long time racer.”
No one works harder than Paul when it comes to community service! He is a member of the Hillcrest Educational Board of Directors and currently serves on two committees: (1) the Quality Assurance Committee, and (2) the Development Committee.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with this family orientated business. I learned that Realtors can be both courteous and bulldogs when need be. The commission was fair and my house closed within a month of listing, at the listing price. I practically just showed up for the closing. I would most definiately do business again. Thank You Gang for a job well done!
